This week I'll talk about what happened at No Mercy PPV last date.
Basically, little has changed. I say nothing, if not because they will not have another match against Jericho Michaels.
Four title matches, four successful defenses. The new number one contender is the guy who always is number one, Rey Mysterio is still a masked man and the only thing I want to mention is that the contractor has been unconscious. That's the simple overview that can be done without much thought.
But I have to go and talk to each game so you can make sense out of everyone.
1 - Mark Henry vs Matt Hardy for the ECW Championship. For me it was the perfect match. Who really did what he had to do! Matt has retained his championship for the first time and at the same time, put the former champion, who did not suffer a pin in the stampede, the world's strongest man.
But this was not important, because we all knew that Hardy was going to keep. It's how he managed to do so, intelligence, tactics. He showed that the brain can gain muscle and finished the game on top, but Henry does not look bad. In fact, Henry was wonderful and gave us a good game, selling Hardy movements dramatically.
For this game, my words will be black, I think for the first time, welcome: It was a good game, great book. But see what happens at Cyber Sunday, where we will have to watch the game itself.
2 - Beth Phoenix vs Candice Michelle for the Women's Championship. Boring match ended as it should do.
3 - Kane vs Rey Mysterio. . . Well. . . I do not hate this game. It was fast, had some good points and Kane seemed incredible, a relentless aggressor, exactly what everyone wanted to see.
But his game has been a huge hole, the biggest mistake ever made. . . The end. What the hell was that? Kane disqualified after being beaten three or four times? He was still in control of the game, it is convenient to get what he wanted (the mask of Mysterio), and, out of nowhere, big air chairshot in the middle of the game and goodbye. Thew worst thing is that it's like it never happened, nothing has changed, just a game with no winner (though Mysterio won by DQ).
Black words? Nice game, crap ending. . . My mood is not the best and I wanted to turn off the PPV and go to bed. Let.
4 - Big Show vs The Undertaker. A game that has already seen a dozen times last Sunday had a new purpose, a goal that really strange looking new finish is well Big Show.
Several years ago, when the Undertaker was WWF Champion and Head of the Department of Enterprise, faced The Big Show (currently, Paul Wight and ring name is "The Big Show," "The Giant" ;, as he was called in WCW, never again), The Undertaker said: "People do not chokeslam The Undertaker, Undertaker Chokeslams people. The game was shit, Undertaker was disqualified himself (courtesy of Paul Bearer) and wrath, The Big Show ended WWF Champion Chokeslam through the carpet!
From that day matches against The Undertaker The Big Show has never been easy, because this man, this small building, like Tazz liked to call his time in ECW, Undertaker Nemesis is true. A normal guy with the same power as the Phenom, the man who returned from death, the man who is undefeated at WrestleMania. And last Sunday's game is what I expected to see a poll (but very few) that match the first game to win Big Dirty Show.
In a previous column, I said I wanted the Big Show to win it cleanly. Many of you said it was impossible and you were right. He has not won in an appropriate manner. But do not pin the Undertaker. . . No no no. . . He defeated the Deadman! The referee was forced to call the bell! The match was slow, but that was totally outrageous.
What happens next? Do not know. But this argument will continue and I am sure that will end with a gadget play.
But while we wait, the word "black" came here and they are going to explain this: Big Show defeated The Undertaker. And it is big news. Next game, something different can happen. But until then. . . All Hail The Big Show!
5 - JBL vs Batista. If I say that this game never happened! Please! PLEASE! It was the most boring match of the night (even more than Beth vs Candice), JBL had no chance and the game ended almost before it began.
But there is something worth mentioning in this fight. This happened after the game ended and began with one of the best things the WWE has to offer: John Bradshaw Layfield to a microphone in his hand. His speech on the crisis was unforgettable, I laughed a lot and I liked the WWE decided to criticize what happened. Having JBL shouting "Thanks! Thanks for letting me keep my property, and gives me more money and more "was the best segment of Pay Per View. I will not talk politics, just say that I liked the way that made it possible.
6 - HHH vs Hardy. This was, in my opinion, the best match of the night, the party that had the perfect spice Messura, and was the most "useful" the party of the night. Why? This shows that the hunter was three seconds better than Hardy, who dominated the entire game, gave us hell of a fight and shouted: "I am prepared to be a champion." I do not think he is ready, but outwrestled the WWE champion and this cycle seems to be enough. He needs more powers MIC If he wants to be the top dog of the larger company. I hope it keeps improving, he was 5 or 6 weeks until he comes through Survivor Series. He dominated the match at Cyber Sunday (a triple threat, of course), but thanks to Vladimir, he will not win.
I repeat: the great kingdoms of the big games start. And big games take place in the great scenes. Survivor Series is the date for the beginning of the era of Hardy.
About the game, the black words are useless, because everything has been said, Hunter struggled to beat Hardy at No Mercy. He was lucky, if you tell me. Let's see what happens.
7 - Chris Jericho vs. Shawn Michaels in a Ladder match. Ok, here is hate. After reading some reports of No Mercy, I discovered that almost everyone wanted this game. I checked once more before writing this post, and I must say that if the party declaring "Game of the Year", there are only two possibilities for me:
a) It has been a horrible year.
b) I do not give a damn fight.
In fact do not match, is another ladder match, without magic, without !!!". WOW "Too frustrated and end points stranger (with a header? The same sad way, he defeated CM Punk in this cage match?) Conpired against the last battle of Jericho Michaels saga. I hated (the series) and I'm glad it's over.
No Mercy. . . Well. . . It was just another PPV. It was too boring, he had some good moments. But nothing special. Next week I will talk about other things that happened in the PPV (as the series of sessions involving MVP, Orton, Punk, Kingston, Rhodes, Di Biase and Manu).
Until then. . .
Bye!
